HI Pat

Got the tune sorted and the fan issue temporarily fixed. I still have a couple of small other issues i need to sort out.The wastegate spring in the external gate is too soft causing boost to come on very late, contimplating a smaller turbo. The car isn't taking priority money wise at the moment as its only driven on weekends :|

I love legnums/galant vr4s.. I really wanted one, But how hard are parts to come by :o
and the power to money spent on the 6a13 isn't worth it
glad I got the wrx, but now looking for something a bit more raw/hardcore so an evo upgrade may be on the cards

Out of curiosity, what sort of safe power can you make out of the stock evo engine? Seeing as you guys are saying it's LUDAKRIS :P

Have had many sti's and wrx's previously and went to an Evo 9. Loved the sharp turn in, the handling in general, the easy power available from just an exhaust and tune (ran 110mph). Didn't like the flimsy feeling 6 speed box.

I've heard a fair few times that the evo is very uncomfortable to drive in! Not necessarily the seats but the ride quality! This true?

Not un common for 250- 260 atw 98 oct, the 4gs love boost 21-22 psi on a big turbo 35r etc can run more with smaller turbos. E85 .... add 30atw minnimum to above figures.

Depends on what suspesion your running just like any car.
Um one way yo describe mine is RAW, feels like your in a racing car not a road car,Id have to drive a stock one to compare. The twin plate clutch is very unforgiving, and can make you look like a complete tard if your not on the ball

I love the way evo's make power, they have a really nice spread of torque. the only prob for me is thier 6 speed's are weak from what i here. i heard anything around 250rwkw's on a evo that's tracked and given hell u have to watch out, same goes for the rear diff which is also a expensive fix if u want to go aftermarket. turn in is great on em but put a spec c 13.1 ratio steering rack in ur subie and u'll be suprised. but for a track car on a budget u cant beat em hands down, look evil too lol
