Which injectors?

Hi nexnuts,
The time has come to prepare my engine for a new turbo. I'm going for a external wastegated GT30 bb.
Most of the required mods have been sourced just not sure what cc I'll need. It's a slow build and am not wanting to waste money buying what will give me small gains now, but instead am working towards the end goal of 300-320KW atw. I don't think a street Rex will need much more then 400whp lol.
Which size injector will I need, 600, 800, 1000?

600cc is to small for 300kw, 800cc will do
But you cant go pass some new style ID(bosch)1000cc inj
