At World Time Attack 2011, it was proved once again that the ADVAN A050 is the world’s fastest tyre. In the two horse Evo race, the high horse power & big budget Sierra Sierra Enterprises team was hitting 290km/h down the main straight at Eastern Creek. 30km/h faster than the CyberEvo. Yet the CyberEvo still managed to win the event with an incredible time of 1:28.81.



The Yokohama ADVAN A050 has 2 major strengths. Outright speed, and maintaining this speed after many heat cycles and wear. This rings true for both the soft and medium compounds in various applications ranging from Time Attack, Hill Climbs and Tarmac Rallies.



Tarmac rallies require speed and tyre durability. In 2011 competitors using ADVAN A050s filled the first two places in the Targa Tasmania Early Modern Class, came second in the Modern Class, won the Showroom Class and the EV Challenge.
