im planning on organising a cruise to Wanda Beach Ft You guys seeing as you guys ARE FUCKING AWESOME TO BE AROUND, it would be great to see our crew cruising with u.

just wondering if that would suit you guys first! cruise will be march 2011.

Haha the joys of Customer Service!
Been there, done that, did my head in, moved on. lol. The amount of stupid people that call up is ridiculous.
But.. i can put up with those wanting me to control the weather, its the people that dont stop talking, repeat everything you say TWICE, and then dont follow the farking instructions after all that, when you CAN fit a sentense in without being interrupted.

I got to a point where i made an imaginary line. If they crossed this line with their bullshit etc, i told them exactly what was happening (even if i had to speak over them), and told them straight if they dont shutup and follow instructions, ill terminate the call =D Some didnt believe me.. i hung up, they called manager, manager told them shutup and co-operate. Fun times.

I have all the patience in the world for those who want to listen and want to be helped tho.
