Hey guys,

After a set of pads for the wrx, there due for new pads.

Im going to wakefield in a couple of weeks so I dont mind getting better ones (with in reason)

What should I go for and where to get them (NSW) or on the internet.

Try the QFM series of pads.

A lot of people will get a full set of QFM-HPX for the street, and a front pair of QFM-A1RM's for the track (retaining HPX rears).
Reason being, the A1RM's have a higher friction coefficient, and are rated to a higher temperature, but are known to squeal on the streets when cold.

I personally use the HPX's on the street. No noise, low dust pad. VERY cheap too.

GSL Rallysport sells them online.

How much would I be up for at the mechanic to change pads and brake fluid do you recon?

(What sort of price should I know when im getting ripped off haha)

Probably about an hour and a half labour to do the front & rear pads and do the brake fluid flush, so anywhere between say 100-150. That's if you supply brake fluid and pads
