I had the car booked in at Southern Motor works for a tune from jason, Very pleased with the results

Image

Mods are, Stock EJ257, VF39, TCP exhaust, PW TMIC, boost was 16psi @3600rpm tapering back to 14psi by 6800

AFR was richened up another 0.2 of a afr point to ensure the safety of the engine after the above run and it made 188awkw

The power is very linear with the vf39 and dosn't feel as peaky as the td04 but the results are shown on the speedo.

This is on a mainline dyno and for comparisons jason said a standard my06 was in there on the same day getting a tune it made 130kw with a TBE exhaust and 160kw after it was tuned. All runs are in 4th gear.
Jason and Rob are very good to deal with, it shows in their car park which is usually full of performance cars

If anyone wants to know the price send me a PM.

Nice graph mate...the max torque figure is incorrect tho...can't be 609NM, may be approx 6000 newtons but not ~600 Nm

Now at 195 and still a bit more tuning to go this was on a much hotter day also.

Yeah seems that if you halve it its about right... always better to just do calculated torque

What mods did you do to get it unto 195? or was it just a different dyno run?

Run starts a bit high in the rpm, makes it very hard to tune low end better, afr's in the 12's? vf on a 2.5 doesn't like it that lean in my testing.

It's in the mid 11's, That printout wasn't the last run.

Measuring it from the dump pipe next time to get low speed spot on!

Do you try and target 11:0 at tail or dump?

11:1 at the tail pipe, but i have got some new wiz bang lambda meter on the dyno, made in USA, meant to be one of the best, so it reads same in dump pipe and out the back.
