Howdy,

Long time no Post ahah!
Anyway, mums car is 4 years old now (with only 39k kms) and it has been washed weekly since new but never polished or waxed or even clayed it! After i washed it on the weekend i come to relise it was in pretty bad shape so spent most of today bring it back to life!

Full Clay
Full Polish
Full Wax
All by hand

Wasn't the best day to take photos of the car, beautiful all week and today pisses down,
BUT, That didn't stop me! After a full polish and wax its best to wash the car again, removing any excess polish/wax
So....thats what i did!

It will most likely rain tomorrow, oh well!

Looks great Flip!

Doing it by hand is a fkn mission! I opted for buying a good quality DA polisher (Das6-Pro).

Thanks!

I have also consider such, but I'm too worried to take the risk off getting swirl marks (dark color cars). Although I know if you get a decent buffer and decent quality pads and regular changing of pads that shouldn't be the case! Always an option I guess!

You wont get any swirls with a RO/DA polisher, as long as you arent using sand as a polishing compound :p

Here is a before and after shot of my car using the Das6-Pro. Very safe to use, and gives incredible results.

Very nice results.

ive got swirls on my car and even though i do the whole procedure by hand. the results never turn out any better, just cleaner and shiny.

maybe i need to purchase one of those Das6-Pro. link to where i can get the whole kit with pads for a good price?

This is where i got mine from, and the exact kit.

http://www.carcareproducts.com.au/produ ... default-33

Just make sure the drop down box says Lake Country.
