No drain plug bro

One way is by disconnecting the return fuel line from rails & running into a jerry can. Fire up engine & it will pump out.
If no engine is in, just run the feed line into a can & turn on reds

What was wrong with this idea?

I now the engines out but the feed and return should still be hanging out in the engine bay somewhere.

Good idea anyway, never thought of that.

You will have to be careful to shut the reds off as soon the fuel supply stops, fuel pumps dont like running dry. Unless of course your planning on replace the pump, if so go for your life.
