Anyone have a camera installed in their car?
I've been meaning to do this for a while, but the picture quality of most have not been so great (you can't make out number plates).
But I have now found a HD camera (thanks to 9 news last night) which is pretty much perfect for what i want as I'll be driving ~600km/week shortly.

This is the one im looking at: http://www.autoblackbox.com.au/index.ph ... duct_id=83 (DR400G HD which is $399 delivered)
Its High Def, got GPS so logs your location and speed constantly (can playback later)

Anyone have any experience with Car Cameras?
And how easy is it to run the cables from behind the rear vision mirror to the cigarette lighter?

Contour also make something similar, but not sure if its GPS based. Often used for helmet camera's etc.
