1st time i used my CC directly to purchase and i got charged 1.097:1 + 0.91c fee

paypal was going to charge 1.07:1 OR LESS!

The most important thing to come from this thread is that everyone has been wrong with their predictions, some by a lot. If you think you're going to make a tonne of money trading currencies you may as well go and put all your money on black at the casino. No one knows what's going to happen, so keep your money in a more sensible investment with less risk.
