Does anyone know what takes place during a 50k service on an 07 wrx?

Subaru down the road from me has quoted me $450 to do this, but they reckon they just do simple stuff like change the oils and filters :/

When I bought the car, I was told the 50k service is generally around $1250 lol.. massive difference in price.
If they just change the oils, i can and have been doing that myself..
