On ford forums plenty of AU owners think thay mercs rear ends are inspired by the futuristic AU falcon range. Do you agree

Many of them would see two of the cars pictured to be the same car

They do look very simliar, except for the lights..
But in saying that, the new Subaru Liberty looks like a Daewoo Tosca.. loads of cars look the same :/

Looks like merc saw the future when they saw the au

Should au owners stick merc badges on their fords or vice versa?
