Yep still the factory long ratio 6 speed. Only thing different is it has the STI motor sport plated fron diff and Motec controlls the centre diff.

Hi Kurt,

Yep detuned it to let me catch up to the car a bit and also to just keep checking temps and pressures to make sure nothings going wrong anywhere. I'm guessing with the cold we would have been around the 340kw atw mark.

The car looks slow in the video but with Spiro's warp engine the corners appear out of no where and I'm just not getting all the braking and turn in points quite where I want them yet. Much practice is needed.

Dave

Have you noticed much benefit in being able to map the centre diff with the Motec?? Do you change the map based on the track?

Btw, that run looks brilliant!

Huge difference.

I have several maps that MSR provided. I generally switch between 2 of them. The wet map is awesome.

Thanks for the info Dave. I'm running the DCCDPro but will be intercepting the auto/manual control signal to create my own maps. I was interested in locking the diff during wheel lift but sounds like theres more benefit to it than that(DCCDPro auto controller is pretty good though).

I've spoken to Michael some time ago about his Motec diff maps, might be worth harrassing him again - see if he can help me with my setup.
